What is my cPanel and FTP username or password?

First of all, these information were sent to you when hosting was purchased.
If you forgot it, you can get your password from here:

1. Login at our client area.

2. Click on "Services" then choose "My Services".

3. Click on the "View Details" button next to the hosting account.

4. Click on the "Change Password" tab where you will see your current username and password.

To update/reset the password:

1. Enter the new password twice.

2. Click on the "Save Changes" button.

Please note, if you have changed your password manually in cPanel it won't be displayed here. You should submit ticket in this case.
