1. Log into your cPanel account.
2. In the "Files" section, click on the "Backup Wizard" icon.
3. Under the "Backup/Restore" text, click on the "Backup" button.
4. Next, under "Full or Partial Backup" you need to "Select Partial Backup" by clicking on "Home Directory" to download home directory, "MySQL Database" to download MySQL Databases or "Email Forwarders and Filters" if you want to download e-mail forwarders and filters.
5. Now download the chosen backup.
