BoxTrapper requires all e-mail senders who are not on your whitelist to reply to a verification e-mail before you receive their mail. This protects your inbox from SPAM.
1. Login to your cPanel Account,
2. In the "Email" section, click on the "BoxTrapper" icon.
3. Under "Account" you will see a list of all mails and the status of BoxTrapper(enabled/disabled). Click on the "Manage" button next to the desired e-mail. 
4. Now, if the current status is "Disabled", click on the "Enable" button.
