Before you transfer your domain name, there are a few requirements:
1. The domain name must be at least 60 days old.
2. The domain name is not locked by your domain provider.
3. You have the EPP code (or authcode, domain secret) of the domain name.
4. You have access to the admin contact e-mail of the domain name.

After the transfer order is completed and paid, please keep checking the inbox of the admin contact email for our transfer approval request e-mail. Then follow the instructions in the e-mail to approve the transfer.
The entire domain transfer process usually takes 1-7 working days to complete.
