If you haven't received your hosting account\cPanel account details five minutes after the payment was made first thing you need to do is check your SPAM folder.

If you are still missing the email, please do the following steps:
1. Login to your client area.
2. On the top right corner click on your name, dropdown menu will appear.
3. Click on "Email History"

Here you will find all the emails that we have sent to you.
